Happy Valentines Day!

We hope that you all had a nice day of sharing your love with the people you care about! We had a great day! The girls and I went to the park to enjoy the sunshine! The girls wore their Valentine Shirts from Grandma.Then we had a dress up family dinner. We played a few games and danced! I think we found a new family tradition. Last Friday Mark and I celebrated our 10th Valentines Date. I was so fun to look back our all our Romantic Valentine Dates. Time sure does fly! I can't wait to find out what romance the next 10 Valentines Dates will bring.

Garrett Again!

Today was the day for Garrett to either begin house arrest or go to the jail. Well since he did not complete all of his requirements for house arrest he went to jail. He is there for 18 days. Please pray that it will be 18 days to reflect on what got him there, 18 days of remembering that he is a child of God and that he needs to start acting like it, 18 days of realizing how much his family loves him, 18 days of eye opening experience that will help him change his attitude, 18 days of no drugs, 18 days of figuring out what his life is all about. Pray that he will be like Jonah when he gets out. Ready to obey and serve the Lord! Also pray for his protection. (Those of you who know my bro know that his is a very tall skinny guy.) Pray for my parents during this time. Pray that they will have wisdom and peace. Pray that they will trust the Lord with Garrett and that they will release their hold on the situation and give it up to God!
