Apple Hill


So we went to Apple Hill and got a pumpkin. We had yummy apple cidar ( the best ever), Apple Beer ( Mark liked it me not so much), and an awesome carmel apple sundae ( it was depressing when it was gone.) It was a fun time but we didn't come home with any apples just a pumpkin. That we actually cut off the vine. Leandra rode her first pony ( loved it)! And got her face painted. . The weather couldn't have been better and neither could have the company.( Larin, Cody and Dexter went with us). Check out our pic's.

A Little Less Pink Please

So there has been a change in our blog color Mark said he had enough pink in his life. So I am going to change our blog with the seasons to make it more interesting. Here are some pic's from the weekend.

Leandra decided now that she is 3 she was big enough to ride on the mower with daddy. Something Mark has been asking her to do almost every weekend sinced we moved in. Leandra would always say "When I get bigger, I will daddy" Well I guess she is bigger. Another Thing she has decided since she has turned 3 is that she is too big to fit down the bath tub drain so now she like to stay in the tub until every last drop of water has drained down.

This weekend Mark organized and hosted the Stockmans Both at the Elk Grove Harvest festival. The Scarecrow is supposed to be my dad. Can't you see the resemblance? The Pumpkin was carved by Mark's partner in crime, Tim( red shirt next to mark).

It's a sad day in the Lepp house. A couple of weeks ago we decided to surrender Sugar to the Lab Rescue group. This is how it works you keep your dog at your house the Rescue takes the dog to adoption fairs on the weekends and finds someone to adopt it, the people adopting have to fillout a 25 question adoption form and pay $225 to the rescue. The resuce looks for the right match for the Dog so we knew she would get adopted by a good family for her. So for 2 weekend she went to these aboption fairs but each time she came home. Well on Saturday Sugar was adopted. Her new family has a nice place for her to run around and she will get to be indoors more. Mark loves Sugar but he doesn't have the time to spend with her. Mark will miss her very much, but he is happy that she will be with a family that can play with her. The hardest part is explaining to Leandra that Sugar doesn't live with us anymore. Very hard for a 3 years old to understand. Goodbye Sugar we love you.
