Shasta Lake

Those of you who have known us for a while know that our trip to Shasta is just about one of our favorite things. It is a great way to end the Summer, Mark loves to Wake Board, I love to Ski and Leandra and Jesslyn are learning to love to tube however they both love to just ride in the boat and wave at who ever is being towed. This year, Mark and Cody went through some extensive training by "Cowboy" so that they could take the boat out with out him. They both felt like they were big boys this year getting to pull all of us around the lake, and it gave my dad a break from being the only driver. There was so much fun going on that we could barely stand it. John (Mallory's Boyfriend) finally took Mark out in Texas Hold 'em at 3 am Sunday night after a very long battle between the 2 of them. Leandra, Dexter and Jesslyn had a great time playing in one of the up stair room's closet. We don't know what they were doing in there but there was a lot of giggling going on. And my Maw Maw was even able to join us for a night.It was a great time. We are already looking forward to next year
